To me, Tchaikovsky is like an aesthetic musical score that notates a series of events, thoughts and experiences with a code of color, texture and shape. It is like the record of a harmonious day or relationship where each part is understood, appreciated and given space to fit into the whole.

I wanted to create an apparently meaningful grid that is covertly logical and not fully understandable, but that gives you the feeling you might understand a part of it….after the explanation.  It is an illustration of my search for meaning.

This artwork is part of the "Sculptings" portfolio.
