The Green Street Café mural competition's theme was terroir - the complete natural environment in which a certain wine is produced; soil, topography, climate etc. The image was inspired by the restaurant’s exclusive use of fresh, local produce, coming mainly from the owners’ personal gardens. As well as the human ability to digest the past into sagacity.
